Why should I care?
Fentanyl is showing up right here. It’s in McMinnville, Newberg, Sheridan and Willamina. It’s all over Yamhill County. It’s in Polk and Marion counties, too. There’s a good chance it’s in your school. It’s almost anywhere teens hang out. It’s hard to see because it’s hidden in all kinds of drugs. That includes fake prescription pills and street drugs like meth.
What can I do?
Fentanyl has become a major problem here and in other places. The idea of fighting it can feel pretty overwhelming.
But there are important steps you can take now to protect your friends and yourself. Things you can learn and do that will make a real difference. Think about your real friends, the ones worth fighting for. Make sure they know you’re in their corner.
Where do I start?
